Terms of service

Last updated 7 September 2026. These terms govern your use of Qomvia (the “Service”), operated by BitSpark GmbH, Oberfeldstrasse 61, 3067 Boll, Switzerland. By using the Service you accept them.

1. What the Service does

Qomvia measures how well a website can be read, cited and transacted with by AI agents. Measurements are made from publicly available HTTP responses using the published methodology. Paid features add monitoring, fix reports, tracked projects and product-level visibility measurements against third-party language models.

2. Scanning and the public index

Anyone may request a score for any website. Our crawler issues read-only requests, identifies itself, respects rate limits and never submits forms, authenticates, or attempts a purchase. Scores and the checks behind them are published as a public index entry. A site owner can have an entry removed at any time via opt-out, which also stops future scanning.

Scores are measurements of technical characteristics at a point in time, not a statement about the quality, legality or trustworthiness of a business.

3. Accounts

Accounts use email sign-in links. You are responsible for the mailbox you sign in with and for activity under your account. Claiming a site as owned requires proof of control of an address at that domain. Watching a third-party domain requires no proof, because only public data is used.

4. Subscriptions, packs and credits

  • Subscription: a recurring fee per tracked project for readiness scanning, monitoring, alerts and the fix report. Billed monthly in advance, cancellable any time, effective at the end of the paid period.
  • Pack add-ons: optional recurring fees that unlock a rubric pack (for example e-commerce) and its report sections for a project.
  • Credits: prepaid units consumed by work that calls third-party language models, currently product visibility runs. One credit covers one tracked item, asked to one model, in one locale. Credits are reserved before a provider call and returned if the call fails. Plans that include a credit allowance grant it once per paid monthly period.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable VAT or sales tax. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details. Prepaid credits are non-refundable once consumed. Statutory withdrawal rights for consumers are unaffected.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to overload third-party sites, to circumvent an opt-out, to resell raw scores as your own product, or to scrape the Service outside the documented API and MCP interfaces. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that do.

6. Third-party model answers

Visibility results reflect what a third-party model returned at the time of asking. Model outputs are probabilistic and change without notice; we report them, we do not guarantee them, and we cannot guarantee that any change will cause a model to mention you.

7. Availability and liability

The Service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email to account holders before they take effect. Switzerland law applies, to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer rules of your residence.
